We recently returned home from Europe and I would like to thank you for the outstanding service you provided before we departed and for handling our little dilemma once we arrived in Paris. The move to the Senateur was seemless thanks to your efforts and we certainly were able to enjoy Paris much more because of you. Unfortunately, we were snagged by the air traffic controllers strike last Tuesday morning and were unable to leave as scheduled. The Senateur staff was very accomodating and arranged a substantial discount for our extra evening.

Trip: Normandy France/ D-Day Beaches

Trip Date : December 6 thru December 9

Sylviane, I wanted to let you and everyone else at Fil Franck Tours know what a great time my friends and I had touring Normandy last month. Your help in making the train, hotel and tour guide reservations was instrumental in making this trip a success. The GRAND HOTEL DU LUXEMBOURG was a first class establishment and the hotel staff were helpful and professional. Our check in and check out were flawless thanks to your advance work.

Also I want to make a special point to commend Fredrick the tour guide. He was incredible, he showed up as scheduled and with a car appropriate for my party. His knowledge of the Normandy area and in particular the events surrounding the D-Day invasions was first rate. His books, maps, pictures and charts helped immensely with describing what happened at each place we visited. Two of my guests new little to nothing about the invasion or the area and both said afterwards that they would not have understood as well without Fredrick's commentary. He was also very helpful in getting us to the train for our trip back to Paris. I cant say enough good things about Fredrick, the trip would not have been as good without his help...

I believe Fredrick works for a tour guide agency in Normandy but I didn't get the name of it, would you please either send me the name and address of the agency or pass this letter on to them so that they know how pleased we were with Fredrick's work.

Again I want to say thanks for all the help with this trip, it would not have been as good without your assistance.
